I get the following error when trying to load patch 20423395 OMSPlugins 12.1.0.4.9 system patch on sun solaris.

java.io.IOException:  DeploymentService Error occured while download files from admin server for deployment requesit "1,427,142,778,412" Underlying error is : "null"
