Oracle Adapter for JDE - GenJava issue

When I run the sample from 'E1:JAVA GENJAVA sample for 9.1.x, 8.98 and 8.97 (Doc ID 865023.1) ' in my JDE enviroment, I am getting error as following:

\JDEdwards\E910_1\system\bin32>build.bat
