Tax Regime is not created for US (12.1.1) - is there a patch that can be applied to have the regime

Hello,

One of our clients would like to use Sales Tax in Receivables. I just checked and I was not able to find a Tax Regime configured for US in EB-Tax. Does anyone know if there is a patch available that can be applied to have the Tax Regime created for US for 12.1.1?
