we are getting error while applying the patch 19602627

Dear Team,

While applying patch 19602627 on TCORDI instance , we are getting the error while creating PO.PO_REQUISITION_LINES_U2 index .

Looks like the table "PO.PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL" has duplicate records.

Uploading the worker and patch log files to SR.

Note: we have skipped the worker and proceeded with applying patch.

patch 19602627 - Worker 04 failed:-
