IP2014: TypeError: Cannot set property 'tabIndex' of null

Hello,

After upgrading from IP2013 to IP2014, we are seeing the following error when navigating to a particular custom screen in Chrome OUI Call Center:

TypeError: Cannot set property 'tabIndex' of null

This screen works fine in HI Call Center.
