Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The standard Element is not exempting Rs 300000/- value as exempt from Tax. All encashment is going for taxable.

Attached Leave Encashment, Leave Encashment Information element. Passed the necessary values. Period is of 30 days.

Can any one share the standard operating procedure or only custom will have to be made to handle the tax / non taxable?
