eBtax Patch is not updating form versions: adadmin is not working

Hi Team,

The customer has applied patch 17202262:R12.ZX.B (*).  Despite not seeing any errors in the patch log, they have a concern that's reflected in the following points:

- The output from this command:

strings -a $ZX_TOP/forms/US/ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmx | grep '$Header'

shows the following:

$Header: ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmb 120.187.12010000.12 2009/01/19 04:02  rajessub ship 

- The output from this command:

strings -a $AU_TOP/forms/US/ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmb | grep '$Header' -->

shows the following:

$Header: ZXTRLLINEDISTUI.fmb 120.187.12010000.66 2013/04/03 03:53  ssohal ship

The output from the first command should match the second.
