java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 181, block # 116521)

Hello,

I have upgrade EBIS R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 after upgrading when I am accessing application after giving the credentials it is throwing error

error :

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 181, block # 116521)

ORA-01110: data file 181: '/u01/EBSDB/db/apps_st/data/tx_data51.dbf'

please provide the solution.
