Regarding Auto Invoice from Property Management

Dear Experts,

I am facing the issue with Auto Invoice from the property Management

as I am not able to import one invoice for the Lease Billing from Property management

As an example We have our Lease contract as below

1. Rent 10000

2. Security Deposit 2000

3. Service charges  1000

and Our AR Invoice Giving Separately 3 Invoices for the 3 Categories

How to get this 3 lines into one Invoices(11i)

Please Advice...
