Canceling a Denied Requisition Doesn't Update Req_Hdr Status

9.2.10 requisition submitted to workflow and denied by approver. The requester canceled the requisition. The req line and distrib status was updated to cancel, but not the req_hdr. We will sql update the status on the req_hdr, but want to know if this is a known issue with a patch fix. I have searched on MOSC for a document without success. Has anyone else had this issue or know the bug id?
