Standard Warranty creation through API.

Hi ,

In our business scenario , most of the products have 60 days warranty .

We do not have BOM in present implementation.

Hence , we decided to make Warranty through a create warranty API .

This API will by default make the warranty of 60 days for all the products .

The API will be triggered from an event ( Project closure).

The API will get all information through the staging table for the respective estimate.

Earlier , i was confirmed from Oracle team , that it is possible to achieve it without BOM ?

Is it a right direction ?

Please suggest/guide.
