MSS Hot Fixes published for Release 6.2.1.b804 - Connection Hierarchy issues
A problem was identified with the Inventory Mgmt » Connection Hierarchy search window.
The issue is affecting the following MSS 6.2.1 builds: MSS 6.2.1.b804 - MSS 6.2.1.804.b3 - MSS 6.2.1.804.b9 - MSS 6.2.1.804.11 and MSS 6.2.1.b849
When the window is closed or you hit the Cancel button, without doing any search, it is causing MSS to crash.
If you had made a search, the application works normally.
Development has already released hot fix patches to resolve the problem and is fixing the issue in the main MSS 6.2.1 release.
