Records processed in F06116z1via Time Entry Batch Processor not updating processed flag [

  Issue:
The Batch Time Entry Processor in FINAL mode is not changing the [EDSP] SP = “Successfully Processed” flag in the F06116z1 table. For this week’s payroll, it combines
last week’s timecards with this week’s timecards since last week’s time is not set to processed either. 

  Tests:

I was able to recreate the issue in PY. I grabbed a few Z records from production (before they deleted them) and imported them into PY’s P05116z1 and then process the Batch Time Entry Processor - proof and final.

In the F06116z1, the “SP” field should have changed from 0 to 1 and it did not.
