how get IO report from awr tables

Can anyone tell me the how we can get IO performance report from awr tables. We have made some performance improvement but I checked "db file sequention" and other events details. It looks like the same avg , max and min wait time.

Just looking if anyone can help me with the table to find more information over IO performance from awr tables using sql query
