We just applied R12.1.3 RPC2 patch and now we are seeing an issue with Direct Cost, Indirect Cost, a

Hello, we just applied the EBS 12.1.3 RPC2 patch last week and are seeing an issue on the Awards Management form, GMSAWEAW (Grants Accounting Super User -> Awards).  When we click on an installment (on the Installments tab) of type=Amendment, the Direct Cost, Indirect Cost and Total fields grey out.  They stay greyed out for all the installments until I close the form and then go back in.  We should be able to modify the amounts for other types of installments (Award, Supplement), but are unable to after these fields get greyed out.  Has anyone else run into this problem?
