Prevent users from updating unit selling price on releases from blanket sales agreement

Hi gurus,

We have a requirement to prevent users from updating selling price and warehouse information in releases/sales orders created from blanket sales agreement. I have checked validation templates if any that will help me setup a processing constraint, but I don't see any. Can you please help if there is a standard way of achieving this?

(Business reason is that the super users/managers enter selling price and a specific warehouse in the agreement after talking to the customers. Any release/sales order from this agreement number should have the same warehouse and price. But end users can edit these 2 fields)
