What is best way to set up a Personal Accident Insurance Plan that has both electable options and c

Current plan set up is for four different options (Single Only, Single +Child(ren), Single + Partner and Family) along with electable coverage of from 25K to 250K, in 25K increments.

The set up results in a display of 40 different electable options in ESS and core app (ten varied coverage amounts per option).

Is there a way to set up this plan to allow for the coverage amount to be a value enterable at enrollment, as well as being able to also elect a specific plan option?
