Assistance is needed in Db sizing

I have a requirement  in my environment. My DB generated 15tb of archive logs per day.

I have to configure a GG setup in a brand new server and GG should read these 15 TB files and  should generate trail files and then insert/update the data into the configured tables.

How to size the server for this requirement. How to measure the TPS here?
