login page changes not reflectings

Hi Team,

I have modified and changed several parameters in the swelogin.swt(finance application) file and the same changes not reflecting in siebel tools as well as mobile client.

Then after i removed the swelogin.swt file from the respective locations then also applications were opening successfully as earlier.

No use of applying clear cache...etc...

Please could you let me know how to change  siebel tools login page configuration..
