Question on DST Change wrt Oracle RAC

Hi Gurus,

Could you please help me here?

I have a two node RAC 11.2.0.3 with a standalone physical standby in DR. My Server time is shown in CET. Right now we have disabled ntpd and ctssd is active and up and running. I am just concerned about the DST change that is going to happen on March 29th at 2 AM. OS vendor has confirmed that ntpd would take care of the DST change at the server level and it will get both nodes in sync with the DST change.

1. I am planning to restart the ntpd service tomorrow while the cluster and the database is up and running. What would be its impact?
