UCM WebService Authentication Failed

Hi All,


I am facing a strange issue in UCM cluster environment (11.1.1.6) running on Red Hat.

When I try to access any of the predefined web-services using the URL "http://my_ucm_server:16200/_dav/cs/idcplg?IdcService=GET_SOAP_WSDL_FILE&wsdlName=DocInfo&idcToken="

it keep asking me for authentication  and never accept the credentials I type although I use the same credentials while accessing the native interface "http://my_ucm_server:16200/cs" without any problem.

I tried different users (weblogic & sysadmin) but none of them can authenticate on the webservice URL but they can log in to UCM with no problems.
