Screen and View Tabs Missing in IP2014

Hi,

We have upgraded the Siebel eCommunication application from Siebel 8.1.1.11 to Siebel 8.1.1.14. When trying to open the Open UI Application in IE / Chrome / Mozilla see that the Screen / View Tabs are missing from the application.

Please let me know if any of you have faced the same issue and solution for the same if any?
