Unable to view the customer in application created through API

Hi Experts,

I have created customer through API and also did commit.I could able to see the data in hz_parties table.But the data is not available in ar_customers table

and also i could not able to view the customer in the application.

I have initialized using  MO_GLOBAL.SET_POLICY_CONTEXT('S',101);
