oracle database 12c Physical standby database error

Gents,

I have created oracle database 12c physical standby database in Windows 2008 environment.

Server 1 :   orcl service id       DATABASE = ORCL

Server 2:  orcldr service id          

I have successfully created the DR Setup but when I tried to logswitch, it has given the error message in alert.log files for both servers.

For last two days, I have continue work hard for solving the issue but still not resolved., now sending the alert log messages for both servers.

Kindly help me for solving the issue.
