Simulator, Optimizer and Least Cost Formulation Functionality

Hello Experts,

We are Chemical Manufacturers. We want to implement the Simulator, Optimizer and Least Cost Formulation functionality. We have gone through the the white papers and user guides and tried to perform the setup. But we are unable to understand the calculations which application does with respect  to technical parameter types of Density, Cost, weight percent, volume percent, equivalent weight and quantity per unit.
