create similar product functionality is not working

Hi,

  After we click on create similar product method in worksheet, the worksheet gets loaded immediately and NPI items are not getting created.

The corresponding workflow create similar product keeps on running and it is not getting terminated.

collaborator logs indicate that Workflow process has has finished with unknown

status (1 - null).

any help on this is appreciated.
