R12.1.3 Error while copying quote with PTO models

We heavily utilize Quoting and often copy our quotes from 1 customer to another.  However we have received an error message and would like to know what is causing this as the quote has several lines and configured items that would save time if it could just be copied.  How can we capture the details of this error and decipher what is actually causing the issue?

Error returned in ASO_COPY_QUOTE_PVT.Copy_Line_Rows.

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ASO_LINE_RELATIONSHIPS"."QUOTE_LINE_ID")

An unexpected error has occurred during processing of the ASO_QUOTE_HEADER information

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
