cannot add new index to existing table

I am on 9.1 TR 9.1.4. I have a custom table F55001. This table is already in PD. I need to add a new index to the table, but I can't.


I get the following error message when I try to add new index. There is a data item called OptionFlag (F0) and another data item called OptionFlag01 (FO01) in the table.

Why would these two fields be causing the error message?


This table was created by someone else years ago. How were they able to save the table if this was an issue?

I cannot delete these two fields as the table is in PD and there are UBE refer to these two fields.
