Incident Manager Screen Auto Refresh

I wonder if anyone can explain why Oracle took out the auto refresh feature of the Incident Manager screen in 12cc.  You could do this in 11GC.  Not having this screen or the Database Load Map auto refresh is like watching a broke clock for current time.
