Legal Entity Question

Hi All

We are trying to understand a proposal for creating a Legal Entity without assigning any BSV to it

Currently we have 4-5 Legal Entities which are assigned to the appropriate BSV

Due to a recent merger, we need to create a new Legal Entity however the transactions will be created on an already existing BSV which is assigned to another Legal Entity in the same ledger

Can someone advice on the pitfalls of this structure?
