Inventory - Inventory - Item Category Assignment Open Interface failing for certain records

Inventory Items have been migrated successfully into our system, with the Item Category Asssignment Open Interface also assigning the Inventory Categories sucessfully.

However, Purchasing categories have not been assigned for the same records. The process_flag is set to 3 , and the erroring records are still in the MTL_ITEM_CATEGORIES_INTERFACE table, and have not been moved to the MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS table
