Additional Alpha and Mailing names

Hello,

I am setting up Employee Masters using English for names but, local reporting requirements may need names in local language (in this case, Chinese).

Has anyone used additional Alpha name, Mailing name fields for employee's names in their country's lanuage?  If so, please suggest if other than an additional line in Who's Who was used for this pupose or if that is the recommended way?
