EBS R12.2.4 multinode shared environment configuration question

Hello will like to have information on how to setup EBS R12.2.4 multinode shared environment , configuration is DB and Admin nodes in one server MT in separate server . Database and Admin have been setup in a clustered environment so there is the possibility of failovers.

Need some help on how to setup the configuration of this architecture.
