Help to Install racle-rdbms-server-11gR2-preinstall for RACAttack

Try to install RAC on laptop, follow the document as RAC Attach - Oracle Cluster Database at Home/RAC Attack 12c. I installed RAC on previous laptop without error. For this new laptop, got error to install preinstall package.

     yum install -y oracle-rdbms-server-11gR2-preinstall

Got error:

     Loaded plugins: security

     file:///media/repodata/repomd.xml: [Error 14] Could not open/read file:///media/repodata/repomd.xml

     Trying other mirror.

     Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: OL64. Please verify its path and try again.

Not know much about Lunix operation. I thought oracle-rdbms-server-11gR2-preinstall package should be a part of Oracle Lunix VM image. VM has been installed using the image. But why yum could not fine oracle-rdbms-server-11gR2-preinstall package.
