setup a Ricoh Aficio printer with EBS R12

I try to add a Ricoh Aficio printer to EBS R12. "lp" works on OS level to send files to the new printer. But I do not see a proper type in the Type dropdown list for Ricoh. Most of the available types are for HP.

Do I need to download a driver file from Ricoh for creating new Drivers for the new printer? If yes, where I shall save the driver file on the EBS server for creating new printer Drivers inside EBS ?   Thanks.
