OM Defaulting Rule Issue

Hi,

Based on this Document, POOR PERFORMANCE PROCESS ORDER API - (TABLES HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES, HZ_CUST_SITE_USES) (Doc ID 1059905.1), We added a Defaulting Rule to our R12 instance. For someone reason, the Rule does not work all of a sudden and someone with an Implementation Manager Role has to login and re-apply the Defaulting Rule every time out Performance suffers.

All that we did was to remove the check for a DELIVER_TO and SOLD_TO as we don't use these as a Business Process.

Question.

Could you point me to one good reason why the Defaulting Rule would automatically stop working in a Production environment without anybody changing these rules (obviously certain Migrations happens, but we are not able to Identify a Pattern yet).
