Issue with item price in SO

Hi all,

Below are the issues we are seeing in SO creation.

1.No Price list is defaulted in Order header

2.No Price list is defaulter in Line level

3.If manually entering the price list could see the error message item not in price list name

Note:Item is present is price list

Also this is just for my understanding purpose in defaulting rules at price list->order header level i have 1st parameter as ship_to.price list.

What does this mean ..

Please provide any metalinks which can help me.
