Unable to Open HFM application

The following error message appears when try to access to Hyperion Financial Management Application through Workspace.

1. Issue is only with my ID

2.Limited to one particular HFM application – I am able to connect to remaining HFM application in the workspace

3.Limited to Web login – I am able to connect to that problematic application via Smartview.

Any advise please?
