apstca01.sql running for a long time during 11i to R12.2.0 upgrade

@/app/oracle/apps/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ap/12

Hi All,

I am performing an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.12.0 with database on 12.1.0.2.

For the past 18-20 hrs apstca.sql has been running as a result my upgrade process was stuck.

I had cancelled the script and tries to run it from backend.bounced the database but still it is running indefinitely.

SQL> @/app/oracle/apps/fs1/EBSapps/appl/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/apstca01.sql

Enter value for 3: 10

Enter value for 4: 10

Enter value for 1: AP

Enter value for 2: 1000

This is a show stopper and my go live has been stuck .

Request any one of experts to provide insight on this.
