ARM email notifications to teams

In ARM - with email notifications – if no one has claimed, do emails go to the whole team if there is one?  If it has been claimed, do the further emails just go to the person that has claimed or to the whole group?  Also, if the rec has been rejected by the reviewer, do emails go to the whole team or just the user who prepared it? Thanks!
