Batch loading query in ARM

Regarding batch loading: when you run a batch, do you specify somewhere which ARM load option to select (Full refresh/snapshot/recalculate)?  Most files we need to be loaded will be in Snapshot form but some we have to use recalculate (to load two files together and add the values).  Can we change the option depending on the batch or say, location in FDMEE?  Thanks
