Can not perform SR search using Item in SR search form

Hi Support,

we are trying to search the list of SR's under SR Type and Item number combination.But we could see search results are only for SR's with SR type.

Later i have tried a test case to search SR's with specific Item number where it have given me an error' Please enter atleast one search criteria'

Not sure why SR's are not being searched using item numbers.

Please advice me on this.
