Web application in HFM will not launch

Periodically we experience an issue where users log into the HFM web browser but get a blank screen when attempting to launch the application.  We only have one application. Restarting the services seems to resolve the issue until it happens again. We have not been able to pinpoint the root casue.

Any thoughts?
