mskClnAdjExcl of GA RDF config.

Hello, I would like to know if the measure mskClnAdjExcl is expected to be loaded in to RDF. The expression that uses it is "clnAdjMask = !mskClnAdjExcl && mskEligProdLoc" The second the question is about the Cloning history adjustment fuction. In the GA configuration if the clnAdjMask is true, then it will always run the procedure. The only way to disable it will be setting the mskClnAdjExcl to true by loading it or customize it to be set by the user.. Am I Right ? Thanks!
