Process manufacturing question

We are running in version 9.1 tools 9.1.4.6 and use mainly discrete manufacturing with configurator, but we also use standard items for our base components and some of them are process items

Now we are facing a challenge with a product that I'm not sure how can be best solved

the Prime Material is Polystyrene (XPS) it comes in blocks of :

- long = 3000 mm

- width = 1250 mm

- thickness = 120 mm

We process this block using a machine that cut sheets of different thickness , the process is that group of blocks (from 1 to 4) ones on top of the others pass trough a machine that uses hot steel wires to make the sheets, so in a single pass you feed 1 to 4 XPS blocks and can obtain several sheets of different thickness at a time. So this is clearly a case of process manufacturing
