unable to view journal in GL responsibility

User can't able to view journal files (Journal name=%XXXXX%) using her core id, for Nov,Dec-14 journals. But she can view Jan-15 journals. She tried to view the journals using co-worker login, at that time she can view nov,dec, &jan journal entry through another core id. We asked user to view the journals in test instance using her core id. In test instance she can view the Nov,Dec, and few files for Jan.

 

    Could you please advise what causing the issue and why user only not able to view the journal file using her own log-in.
