We are upgrading PeopleTools from 8.51 to 8.53. We are converting Crystal reports to BI Publisher. Reports do not always route to email recipients when the ouput is directed to roles, especially pre-existing roles.  Has anyone seen this behavior?

With our existing Crystal reports, scheduled nightly reports email to multiple distribution roles.  The setup was copied for the BI Publisher reports, but emails are only generated to an individual who is assigned the distribution.  No errors are reported, but the emails are never sent to the role members, just to the individual assigned user.
