Next Numbers - how find what uses it?

For Next Number (P0002) we have one of the 'USE' entries blank but the 'Next Number' is populated and I believe being incremented but I don't know what function/application is updating it.

How can I find out this information?

The system is 03B - Enhanced Accounts Receivable.

The ninth 'USE' Entry is blank so I have no clue.
