Setting up a team pf preparers in ARM

Hi,

I want to set up a team of preparers for reconciliations in ARM. I went to manage / teams and created the team.  But it doesn't come up as a user if I want to change the user profile to set the user to that team.  And if I download the profiles and change manually and upload the profile, I get the message "invalid user".  Does the team also need to be set up somewhere else? Am I missing a step?
