Need to stop absence from accruing if employee is on Leave or other inactive status???

Hi,

 

I want to update the seeded Accrual Formula of Absence in a way that if an employee is on an other leave type like "Study Leave",or his status is changed like "On Leave". What steps do i have to take in this regard.Please guide me.

 

I have already studied the Document " Doc ID 1607288.1  "
